Recording update

For those of you not in the know, THE THEM have been recording about 18 songs for our first full length album. It's been slow going because we're doing it ourselves and have to work around each other's schedules. We're recording in our rehearsal studio, so we can only record when other bands aren't rehearsing.

But, despite the slowness, we're almost done recording! Just a few more vocal tracks, and we'll be ready to start mixing. As we finish up tunes, we'll be sharing un-mastered tracks with everyone. Of course, when we get it all mastered, we'll have everything for you to download for free! We're good that way.

So if you've noticed we haven't been playing many shows lately, now you know why. It wasn't deep-fisting experiments. It wasn't coagulated blood slinging contests. Just recording.

In the meantime, we have a few shows coming up. Check 'em out! After the album is released, we'll be planning a nifty tour or two or three.

Also, expect a website re-design in the next couple of months. Yarrrggg.
